Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Rojly mobile app, web admin, or any service operated under the rojly.app domain (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rojly is operated by Jaffer Muddaffar Trading ("Rojly", "we", "us"), based in Baghdad, Iraq.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and authorized to operate the business or Facebook / Instagram / TikTok assets you connect to Rojly. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Rojly helps you:

• Build landing pages and collect leads.
• Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok using your connected accounts.
• Track campaign performance and lead generation in one dashboard.
• Manage a wallet for ad spend, commission, and subscriptions.

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or TikTok ad account, you authorize Rojly to perform ad management actions on your behalf using the permissions you granted. You may revoke this access at any time from inside the app or from the connected platform's own settings.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your ads, your compliance with each platform's Advertising Policies and Terms, and any consequences of policy violations (including ad rejections, page restrictions, or account suspensions).

Rojly operates a prepaid wallet model. You top up your wallet (in USD or IQD), Rojly creates and runs ads on your behalf, and we deduct ad spend and commission from your wallet as it occurs.

• Commission: A platform commission (currently 15%, configurable; you see the exact rate before you confirm any ad) is deducted from your wallet at ad creation time.
• Ad spend: Deducted from your wallet as Meta or TikTok charges for delivered impressions and conversions. You see both the running spend and remaining budget per ad.
• Auto-stop: When your wallet balance is depleted, Rojly automatically pauses your active ads to prevent overspend. You will receive a notification before and after auto-stop.
• Refunds: Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or where Rojly cancels the Service.

Rojly Plus is an optional paid tier that unlocks premium features (winning products list, advanced analytics, etc.). Plus is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your Plus access continues until the end of the current paid period. iOS users see Plus features in read-only form per Apple App Store policies; to purchase, use the Android app or rojly.app/subscribe.

You agree not to use Rojly to:

• Run ads that violate Meta, Instagram, or TikTok Advertising Policies, or any applicable Iraqi or international law.
• Promote prohibited products or services (e.g., illegal substances, deceptive products, content that incites violence or hatred).
• Collect leads under false pretenses or contact leads for purposes other than what was disclosed on the landing page form.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent Rojly's security or rate limits.
• Use Rojly to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund of unused balance for serious violations.

Rojly, the rojly.app domain, the mobile app, and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by Jaffer Muddaffar Trading. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active.

Content you upload (ad creatives, landing page text, lead data) is and remains yours. You grant Rojly the licenses needed to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to upload your ad creative to Meta, to render your landing page on rojly.app, and to forward your leads to integrations you have enabled.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rojly does not guarantee specific advertising results, campaign approvals, lead quantities, conversion rates, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, payment gateways, etc.). Performance of ads is subject to those platforms' algorithms and policies, which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rojly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Rojly's aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount you paid Rojly in the 6 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rojly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your ad content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@rojly.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, active campaigns are paused and unused wallet balance is treated according to Section 5.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Baghdad.
