Delete Your Rojly Account

To request deletion of your Rojly account and the data associated with it, send an email from the email address registered to your Rojly account to:

support@rojly.app

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number used to sign up.

We will verify your identity (by responding to your registered email or sending a one-time code to your registered phone number) and complete the deletion within 14 calendar days of verification.

• Your account profile (name, phone, email, business details).
• Your Rojly wallet balance is refunded to you (or, with your written consent, donated) before account closure.
• Landing pages you created and all leads collected through them.
• Stored credentials and tokens for your connected Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. Rojly's access to those accounts is revoked.
• Saved ad creatives, captions, targeting presets, and draft campaigns.
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers.

A limited set of records is retained after account deletion only where required by law or to protect Rojly against fraud:

• Financial transaction records (wallet top-ups, ad-spend deductions, refunds, commission charges) — retained for up to 7 years to comply with Iraqi tax and commercial bookkeeping obligations. These are stored in anonymized or pseudonymized form where possible.
• Operational logs (request logs, error logs, anti-fraud signals) — retained up to 90 days in the ordinary course of operation, then deleted automatically.
• Routine encrypted backups — your data is purged from active systems immediately, and removed from rotating backups within 30 days.

Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Rojly cannot restore a deleted account; if you wish to use Rojly again, you will need to create a new account.

Deleting your Rojly account also revokes Rojly's access to any Facebook Page or TikTok Business account you previously connected. However, deleting your Rojly account does notdelete those accounts on Facebook or TikTok themselves — those are managed separately by you on Meta and TikTok's platforms.
